General Psychotherapy Services

Professional psychotherapy services are offered in English and Spanish to individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families on a sliding scale fee basis. Appointments are offered Monday through Thursday between 9 am and 8 pm, and Fridays between 9 am and 3 pm. Most clients are seen weekly.

Our therapists are licensed mental health professionals or Marriage & Family Therapist / Clinical Social Worker interns & trainees under the supervision of licensed professionals. Interns have already received a Master's degree and are finishing the hours of experience necessary to receive their licenses.

We treat of a wide variety of clinical concerns such as anxiety and depression, stress management, impulse control issues, anger management, work-related issues, stage-of-life issues, chronic illnesses, grief and loss, post-traumatic stress, trouble in relationships, LGBTQ issues, communication problems, parenting concerns, family conflicts, physical or sexual abuse, drug or alcohol abuse, and more.

We accept third-party payers such as: Victim Assistance, North Bay Regional Center, and Child Protective Services. We do not accept private insurance or MediCal/Medicare.
